Personalized items are not eligible for returns. If there is an issue with your product, send us an email and we will work with you as to how to proceed. You can contact us at designsbydanastl@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are not accepting exchanges at this time.
Refunds
Refunds are only available on a case by case basis. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
